This FORTRAN program enables the user to quickly describe a cylindri-cally symmetric tracking system and then calculate its fitting error matrix. The program then generates a topdraw file which plots specified error matrix elements vs. specified track parameters. Energy loss, energy loss flucuation, and multiple scattering effects are included. The main limitation is that the trajectory is not modified by energy loss. The detector is described in an ascii input file. Layers may be cylinders, disks, or cones. The input file also describes any special materials, and the graphical display of the results. The magnetic field is assumed to be uniform and parallel to the detector symmetry axis.
