We present measurements of the branching fractions for decays B -> eta'
K, for both charged and neutral states. For B0 -> eta' K0 we measure the
time dependent CP violating parameters S and C, and for B+ -> eta' K+
the time integrated charge asymmetry Ach. The data sample corresponds to
81.9 inverse femptobarns and 88.9 million B Bbar pairs produced by
electron-positron annihilation at the Upsilon(4S). The results are
Ach = 0.037 +/- 0.045+/- 0.011,
S = 0.02 +/- 0.34 +/- 0.03,
C = 0.10 +/- 0.22 +/- 0.03,
B(B+ -> eta' K+) = (76.9 +/- 3.5 +/- 4.4) * 10^-6,
and
B(B0 -> eta' K0) = (55.4 +/- 5.2 +/- 4.0) * 10^-6.
